Rules for "Invite & Earn" and "Ambassadors"

  1. Eligibility: Only individuals over 18 years of age are eligible to participate.
    Sales and participation are exclusive to residents of Venezuela.
  2. How to Participate: To join the program, interested parties must share their email address on our online form. A unique code will be sent via email, which they can share with their referrals.
    Referrals must use this code when making their first purchase for the referral to be valid.
  3. Rewards and Benefits: Rewards will be delivered within 30 days of the referral's successful purchase.
    Voltinela reserves the right to choose the payment method for rewards, which may include mobile payment, cash, Zelle, or other payment methods.
    The discount granted applies only to the referred customer's first purchase.
  4. Restrictions on Use: Rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
    Both rewards and discounts are valid for two months from the date of issue.
  5. Terms of Reference: Referrals must be new Voltinela customers.
    The referral's purchase must be completed and verified for the reward and discount to apply.
  6. Cancellation and Modification: Voltinela reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time, with prior notice to participants.
    Any attempt to abuse or defraud the program will result in exclusion from the program.
  7. Privacy and Data Use: The information provided will be used exclusively for the identification of participants and the administration of program benefits.
    Voltinela is committed to protecting the privacy of participants' personal data.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Voltinela will not be responsible for technical failures, human error, or any circumstances beyond its control that may affect registration, the referral process, or the delivery of rewards. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants.
  9. Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution: This program is governed by Venezuelan law. Any dispute or claim arising from this program will be resolved under Venezuelan law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Venezuelan courts.
